We have a hassle-free return policy at Pen Place which allows you to return any non-personalized item, for any reason, within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt. The delivery date will be determined by your UPS or USPS tracking number. If you wish to return an item within the fourteen (14) days allowed, please ensure the item is in new condition and has all original packaging that were shipped with your order.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at shop@penplace.com or call us at 816-474-7500 and state why you would like to return the item. Pen Place will return your communication to approve or disapprove return of the item. If the return is due to the wrong product or damaged product being shipped, Pen Place will send and pay for a return label. Otherwise, the customer will pay for and supply the return label. Refunds will be processed when the item is received at Pen Place. The customer will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account they paid with and will be the next day after the item is received by Pen Place. Returns will be shipped back to:

Exceptions to the Return Policy
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made an error in the order or the item was damaged. Items that have been engraved cannot be returned unless their was a misspelling of the name. If an item is returned, but is not in new condition, the item will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Items marked Special Order will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the MSRP.

A very dark black ink. Ecellent writing.
This rollerball refill is very smooth and doesn't skip hardly at all. It seems to be a little bit sensitive to an uneven or non-supported writing surface, so it's better to make sure you're writing on a flat, solid area.
On a search to find refills for a Tiffany rollerball, this was one of the three suggestions. It was the only one that didn’t fit the pen, but it is the best of the three! I am keeping it and going to find a pen it fits. Rather backwards process, but it is that lovely.
Unfortunately, the refill did not fit my pen. It was a promotional pen and it is difficult to find an exact refill. It was worth a try to order a different brand of refill. The customer service was good with super fast shipping. Will keep the store in mind for a future need.
I was very happy with the customer service and speed of delivery. It ended up that the item I ordered didn't fit the pen I had intended it to fit. But that wasn't the fault of the Pen Place. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
