I have one of these have owned it and used it for decades. I did not buy it here. But if you need a fountain pen this is the best one I have ever had. I have had many, including Montblanc and other priced as high. This has proven to be the best and most used fountain pen that I have ever had. I am 77 years old and it is in my shirt pocket as I type this. It will surely out last you, if you're approaching middle age.
I bought this pen because I like minimalist fountain pen designs, and its performance was well reviewed on The Pen Habit.
The pen writes beautifully, keeping up with extended periods of writing, with no signs of skipping. The nib is wet and smooth, and there are no issues with scratchiness or dryness, which EF nibs are prone to. The cap of the pen is heavy, which changes the balance of the pen when posted. I haven't found this to cause any fatigue. The clip is robust, and spring loaded. The cap snaps on very tightly and removal often causes the nib to unscrew from the barrel.
This pen would be absolutely perfect, were it not for the steep lip where the nib meets the barrel, which is where my middle finger usually rests while I write, forcing me to hold it either right up close to the nib, or further back up the barrel. Still, we can't all be a Pilot M90, can we?
