“Write to create” is the theme for the new Hexo, which sets the stage for the creative force of writing as an analogue counter-trend – the ideal tool for making ideas grow. Its look is both striking and stylish: with its hexagonal aluminium shaft and cap in pink, silver and black, it brings a whole new perspective to creative writing, doodling and sketching. As a ballpoint pen, the Hexo comes with a large-capacity cartridge in standard format (line width B), with black, indelible ink. The fountain pen, with a partially black, stainless steel nib, is available in line widths M, F, EF and B and is suitable for both right-handers and left-handers. The rollerball pen can be used with either a fast-drying roller cartridge or a fineliner cartridge. All writing instruments are available in black, silver and pink.
We have a hassle-free return policy at Pen Place which allows you to return any non-personalized item, for any reason, within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt. The delivery date will be determined by your UPS or USPS tracking number. If you wish to return an item within the fourteen (14) days allowed, please ensure the item is in new condition and has all original packaging that were shipped with your order.

Pen Place will return your communication to approve or disapprove return of the item. If the return is due to the wrong product or damaged product being shipped, Pen Place will send and pay for a return label. Otherwise, the customer will pay for and supply the return label. Refunds will be processed when the item is received at Pen Place. The customer will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account they paid with and will be the next day after the item is received by Pen Place. Returns will be shipped back to:

Exceptions to the Return Policy
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made an error in the order or the item was damaged. Items that have been engraved cannot be returned unless their was a misspelling of the name. If an item is returned, but is not in new condition, the item will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Items marked Special Order will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the MSRP.
